Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you shop at dejour.store, operated by De'Jour, Stockholm. By placing an order, you agree to the terms.

The agreement is binding once you have received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of, for example, obvious pricing errors or out-of-stock items. 

Prices are displayed in the currency of the country or region you are shopping from, and shipping is included in the price. The final amount, including any VAT, is displayed at checkout before you pay. Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout.

Drop products are sold from the time indicated on the site and in limited quantities. An item in your shopping cart is not reserved until the order has been completed. 

We ship with PostNord. Shipping is free and included in the price. Delivery time is stated on the Shipping & Returns page and at checkout. If the delivery is delayed, we will notify you.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts off Business Premises. See Shipping & returns for instructions on how to proceed.

You have the right to claim a defect in the product for three years according to the Consumer Sales Act. Please contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. 

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

In the event of a dispute, we always try to find a solution together with you.
