Each copy is uniquely characterized.

The design is inspired by Japanese aesthetics: clean lines, a thin profile, nothing protruding. We assemble by hand, which means the embossing is a millimeter off on each item.

This is not a defect. Should you still find yours looks odd, you have 14 days to return it, no questions asked.

FAQ

What is the shipping cost?

Free within Sweden. Between SEK 59 and 119 abroad, depending on the country. The price will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

When will I receive my order?

We ship within 24 hours on weekdays. Within Sweden, delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after the package has left us, within the Nordic countries and the EU 1–3 working days, and to the rest of the world 3–8 working days.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the order, according to the Distance Contracts Act, and do not need to state a reason. Email dejour.wallets@gmail.com for return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you regret your purchase, you pay the return shipping. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we pay the entire cost.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, all deliveries are trackable. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your package has been shipped. If there has been no movement for a week, please email us and we will open an investigation with PostNord.

How many cards fit?

We recommend five cards, one per slot. More can physically fit, but the material will stretch over time if the slots are overfilled. This type of stretching is considered wear and tear and is therefore not covered by the right to claim, which applies to defects that were present in the item from the beginning. If you stick to around five, it will maintain its shape.

Does it have RFID protection?

No. It does not have RFID-blocking foil. If you want that protection, this is not the right card holder for you — we'd rather tell you straight out than let you discover it after purchase.
