Shipping policy

How much you order determines the shipping cost with us. Each delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. You can easily track your package via their app after it has been sent to PostNord. For our deliveries we cooperate with PostNord, but for international orders we may use other carriers.

We will send new products free of charge if the products are damaged during transport, provided that the damage is reported to us within 14 days of delivery. We will of course send a new package free of charge if the package is lost during transport. 

Our delivery solution can be customized to where the order is being shipped, and we deliver worldwide. The customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again if a package is not picked up and needs to be reshipped.
