What is the return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you received the item. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and a receipt or other proof of purchase is required. To request a return, please contact us via email. Returns without an approved return request will not be accepted.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your package within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1-2 business days from the time we have submitted the package. For international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Sweden costs SEK 59. For international orders, a shipping cost varies between SEK 119 and SEK 159, depending on the country of delivery.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries are trackable. Once we have shipped the package, an email will be sent with a tracking link and all necessary delivery information.
