Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cancellation period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected the return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
