Returns

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Off Premises.

01 How to return your purchase

Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item via the contact form or at dejour.wallets@gmail.com. State the order number and which items you wish to return. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for the right of withdrawal.

02 Return the item

Send the item to us no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You will receive the return address by email once we have approved the return. The item must be in substantially the same condition as when you received it. If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its characteristics, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

03 Refund

We will refund the amount, including the original standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after we have received your notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that it has been sent. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
